Role Overview
Your greeter duties will take place before the show begins.

Check-In
When you arrive, please check in with one of our coordinators at the ticket table located in front of the theatre doors. You will receive your badge and any final instructions there.

• Noelle will be wearing a badge labelled “Backstage Coordinator”

• Maryann will be wearing a badge labelled “Lobby Coordinator”

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they enter the school lobby and direct them to the theatre

• Assist guests with mobility concerns

• Direct guests to the ticket counter if they need to purchase tickets

Dress Code
Semi-formal attire is required. Think “church clothes” or a classy party outfit: neat and polished.

During the Show
If you choose to purchase a ticket and watch the performance, please sit in an aisle seat near the back. This will help minimize disruption when entering after the show has started.
