Thank you for volunteering for the Arise Year-End Recital 2025!

CAREFULLY read below to find your dress code, instructions, and other important details. Then, send us an email to confirm you got it, or with any questions you may have.

• Your job will take place before the show.

• When you arrive, check in with Maryann or Noelle at the ticket table in front of the theatre doors to get your badge and instructions. Noelle will be wearing a badge labelled “Backstage Coordinator”; Maryann will be wearing a badge labelled “Lobby Coordinator”.

• You will welcome guests as they enter the school lobby, assist guests with mobility concerns, direct people to the ticket counter if they need to buy tickets, etc.

• The dress code is “semi-formal.” It doesn’t need to be too formal but think of “church clothes” or a classy party.

• Wear a smile and greet everyone warmly!

• If you would like to purchase a ticket for this show, you can do so, but when you enter the theatre, please sit in an aisle seat close to the back to avoid causing disruptions since you will have to slip in as the show starts.
