Hallway Supervision Instructions:
Thank you for volunteering for the Arise Year-End Recital 2025!
CAREFULLY read below to find your dress code, instructions, and other important details. Then, send us an email to confirm you got it, or with any questions you may have.
- Your job will take place during the show (or dress rehearsal).
- When you arrive, check in with Maryann or Noelle at the ticket table in front of the theatre doors to get your badge and instructions. Noelle will be wearing a badge labelled “Backstage Coordinator”; Maryann will be wearing a badge labelled “Lobby Coordinator”.
- Your job is to walk students to and from the bathrooms, as needed, so we don't have students alone in the hallways.
- There will be other parent volunteers looking after the children backstage, as well as staying to help little ones in the bathroom, so your job is only to accompany them to and from to allow the other parent volunteers to not have to leave their posts.
- All students in the Greenroom who are 12 years and under must be walked to and from the bathroom, even if they say they know where to go.
- Wear comfortable, modest clothing that you can move in, including good shoes as you will likely spend a lot of time on your feet.
- Stay backstage with the students for the duration of the show (or rehearsal), directing any questions to Merry (in charge of the Greenroom) or Noelle (in charge backstage).
- In order to watch the recital, you will need to purchase a ticket to see the show you are not volunteering for. You cannot watch the show while you are filling this position.
- Let us know if you have any questions!
