Post-Show Tidy-up Instructions:
Thank you for volunteering for the Arise Year-End Recital 2026!
Please read the information below carefully for your dress code, responsibilities, and other important details. After reviewing, send us an email to confirm you’ve received this information and to ask any questions.
Role Overview
Your duties take place after the show.
Check-In
When you arrive, please check in with one of our coordinators at the ticket table located in front of the theatre doors. You will receive your badge and any final instructions there.
Noelle will be wearing a badge labelled “Backstage Coordinator”
Maryann will be wearing a badge labelled “Lobby Coordinator”
Responsibilities
Assist with tidying up after the show
Work in groups of four:
Two volunteers will clean backstage areas and hallways
Two volunteers will clean the lobby, theatre, and front hallways
Collect garbage and lost-and-found items
Check bathrooms for lost items, ensure toilets are flushed, and bins are used properly
Leave all areas presentable (no deep cleaning required, as theatre staff will handle sanitation)
Return found items and supplies to the ticket table
Supplies
Disposable gloves and garbage bags will be available at the ticket table with Maryann.
Dress Code
Wear comfortable, modest clothing and supportive shoes, as you will be moving throughout the building.
During the Show
If attending the performance, check in with Maryann at the end of the show to receive supplies and instructions. If you are only volunteering for cleanup and not attending the show, arrive just before the show ends and wait at the ticket table.
Final Note
Please be thorough, efficient, and respectful of the venue while helping reset the space.
