Post-show Tidy-up Instructions:

Thank you for volunteering for the Arise Year-End Recital 2025!

CAREFULLY read below to find your dress code, instructions, and other important details. Then, send us an email to confirm you got it, or with any questions you may have.

- Your job will take place after the show.

- When you arrive, check in with Maryann or Noelle at the ticket table in front of the theatre doors to get your badge and instructions. Noelle will be wearing a badge labelled “Backstage Coordinator”; Maryann will be wearing a badge labelled “Lobby Coordinator”.

- Your job is to help tidy up after the show.

- You will work with three other people. Two of you will walk through the backstage area, and the backstage hallways, and two of you will walk through the the lobby, the theatre, and the front hallways, to pick up any garbage or lost and found items.

- Check the bathrooms for lost and found items and make sure all toilets are flushed, and garbage is in the bins. (Note: we do not need to do a full cleaning/sanitization, as the theatre staff does that, but we do want to leave it presentable and not trashed.)

- We will have a box of disposable gloves and garbage bags for you at the ticket table with Maryann. You can pick those up at the end of the show.

- Wear comfortable, modest clothing that you can move in, including good shoes as you will be going up and down stairs, etc. to tidy up.

- If you would like to purchase a ticket for this show, you can do so. As soon as the show is over, go find Maryann at the ticket counter to get your cleaning supplies and volunteer badge. If you aren’t watching the show and are just coming to clean, arrive just before the show ends and wait by the ticket counter for Maryann.

- Let us know if you have any questions!
