Continuing Education

Every Arise teacher and Support Staff is allotted $150 towards continuing education each year. You can submit receipts for courses you’ve signed up and paid for and, if approved, we will reimburse you up to $150. We highly recommend that you take advantage of this offer as early in the season as possible so that you can use what you’ve learned in your classes and at the desk in the coming year.

Performance Markers

We track the following performance markers to keep track of how each individual teacher is doing, and how we are doing as a studio as a whole. Bonuses, raises, and money for continuing education (above and beyond the yearly $150), will be given out based on these performance markers.

• Retention (For Teachers)

• Conversion Rate (For Admin/Support Staff)

• Super Saver (Teachers/Support Staff)

• A Team Player (volunteering, showing up when you’re not scheduled, looking for extra ways to help)

• Super Subber

• Quickest Responder

• Quickest Submitter
